But the moment I switched to using a TV as my main PC display, everything changed. After several years of working and gaming on a large TV screen, I can confidently say: I’m not going back to small monitors as my main screen . The experience is simply too good. In my usage - multiple pc's needed and multiple monitors, spatial awareness is awakened and i can do few things at once saving time. Of course i am not using always all monitors. As on photo main pc is Central TV and side 27'' monitors with another tv not visible on wall (Sony 48''). Diet for long gaming sessions during weekends

Day 1:

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal with fresh fruits and nuts. Oatmeal is a complex carbohydrate that provides a steady source of energy and fiber. Fruits and nuts add vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and healthy fats to the meal. This breakfast will keep you full and energized for hours. Small coffee like 90ml, black no sugar then some clear water water.

  • Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat bread. Chicken is a lean protein that helps to build and repair muscle tissue. Salad adds freshness and crunch, while whole wheat bread is another complex carbohydrate that provides energy and fiber. You can also add some cheese or mayonnaise for extra flavor and calories.

  • Snack: Soft yogurt with granola and berries. Yogurt is a good source of calcium, protein, and probiotics that support digestive health. Granola and berries add more fiber, antioxidants, and natural sugars to the snack. This snack will satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you going until dinner.

  • Dinner: Salmon with roasted vegetables and brown rice. Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids that are good for your brain and heart health. Roasted vegetables are delicious and nutritious, providing vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals that protect your cells from damage. Brown rice is another complex carbohydrate that provides energy and fiber. This dinner will nourish your body and mind after a long day of gaming.

  • Dessert: Dark chocolate. Dark chocolate is not only tasty, but also has some health benefits. It contains flavonoids that have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, as well as caffeine and theobromine that can boost your mood and alertness. Just don’t eat too much, as it also has sugar and fat. I personally sometimes drink small black coffe like 90ml at 18.00. Remember though that coffee is not for everyone at night, better drink some water with mint for example.

Day 2:

  • Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with cheese and spinach on whole wheat toast. Eggs are a complete protein that contain all the essential amino acids your body needs. Cheese adds calcium and fat, while spinach adds iron and folate to the meal. Whole wheat toast is a complex carbohydrate that provides energy and fiber. This breakfast will give you a protein-packed start to the day. Coffee – 90 ml black no sugar.

  • Lunch: Vegetable soup with crackers and cheese. Vegetable soup is a warm and comforting meal that is easy to prepare and eat. It contains various vegetables that provide vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to your body. Crackers and cheese add some crunch and flavor, as well as carbohydrates and fat to the meal. You can also add some chicken or beans to the soup for more protein.

  • Snack: Trail mix. Trail mix is one of the best gamer foods because it is full of nuts, dried fruits, seeds, chocolate, and other goodies that provide protein, healthy fats, fiber, natural sugars, and antioxidants to your body.Trail mix is easy to eat without making a mess or looking away from the screen. It also tastes great and can keep you satisfied for a long time.

  • Dinner: Pasta with meat sauce and salad. Pasta is a simple but satisfying meal that provides carbohydrates and energy to your body. Meat sauce adds protein, iron, and flavor to the pasta, while salad adds freshness and vitamins to the meal. You can also sprinkle some cheese or parmesan on top for extra taste and calories.

  • Dessert: Ice cream. Ice cream is a classic dessert that can cool you down after a hot day of gaming. It contains dairy, sugar, and fat that can provide some energy and pleasure to your body. Just don’t overdo it, as it can also cause weight gain and tooth decay.

I hope you find these proposals helpful and enjoyable. Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and avoid dehydration headaches. Also, try to take breaks from gaming every hour or so to stretch your muscles, rest your eyes, and refresh your mind. Also dot eat past 18.00 – not healthy to eat at night before sleep.

Have an awesome gaming sessions :)
